We had Apulia Catering (Maria and Michael) cater our wedding and were so impressed. We appreciated the variety of options they provided for the buffet dinner, allowing us to pick what suited us best. The food was truly delicious and they were easy to work with in the planning and execution. I appreciated their experience in arranging the tent layout to work the best for our guests and flexibility for the things we did ourselves vs the things they handled.
