From Humble Beginnings
Born in Apulia, a southern region forming the heel of Italy’s “boot” and raised by nuns in a small convent, comes an ambitious women dedicating her life to giving her children a better upbringing than the one she had. This has fueled her dedication and passion in the food industry for over 35 years.
Maria has spent countless hours in and around a kitchen, which is why she is able to deliver such exceptional quality and taste in her food. Her attention to detail will truly impress the most observant clients.
From owning her own restaurants to operating and managing several major venues. In her many years of service, she has made a large imprint in a highly competitive industry!
